We have been working with West Kent Housing Association and Penenden Heath Developments
Limited for the past couple of years to acquire and develop this site in Allington.
The development will provide 106 new build dwellings for both Affordable Rent and Shared
Ownership along with amenity space and the improvement of existing services.
We are pleased to be providing Employers Agent, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works services for
this important project which will deliver much needed housing in the summer of 2026.
