The design of the apartment blocks was revised to meet the latest Part L requirements (introduced to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions, aliging with the UK’s Future Homes Standard)
Key updates include;

• Loft roll increased to 500mm
• PV added to all plots
• Window U-value and G-values uplifted
• All plots - dual zone controls and Google Nest 3rd Gen stats
