We're so pleased to announce that our Ghyllgrove Place development in Basildon, delivered in partnership with Sempra Homes Ltd and Sonebond, has won The Bricks Affordable Housing Development of the Year (1-50 units) South award from LABC Warranty.
This award highlights a commitment to deliver the highest standards of build quality and site management. This project has transformed a redundant, brownfield site into 34 mixed-tenure homes, including shared ownership, and open market sale.
PSW were involved from the outset providing Employers Agent and Clerk of Works services and played a key part in the successful outcome of the project.
