We are pleased to announce that ‘Ghyllgrove’ has been shortlisted for the Best Shared Ownership
Development in this year’s Inside Housing Awards.
PSW have been working with Sempra Homes and Stonebond over the past couple of years to
transform a part of Basildon in Essex which was in a poor state of repair and offered substandard
care home accommodation.
PSW were appointed to fulfil the roles of Employers Agent and Clerk of Works and our involvement
was from inception. The project will deliver 34 brand new homes with the first being completed in
November 2024.
Ghyllgrove has been recognised by industry experts as worthy to be shortlisted for this prestigious
award due to the way the scheme will create a new community with desirable high-quality shared
ownership and mixed tenure dwellings.
The approach to delivery and close working between Sempra, PSW and Stonebond is testament to
the development being recognised by the shortlisting panel.
The Awards event is to be held on 27/9/24 at the Royal Lancaster, London – fingers crossed for the
win!
